Electronic Art Order Checklist

• All files not provided by us have been included as email attachments (MAC PostScript fonts only, TrueType fonts will not be accepted).
• All fonts used follow the font guidelines.
• All files are sent in black and white or grayscale (all TIFF files must be in black and white).
• All imported graphics have been included as email attachments.
• All images are at high resolution (600dpi or more for black and white, 300dpi or more for photo and grayscale).
• The size of the image is the size I want it to print.
• All images are saved as AI, BMP, EPS, GIF, PDF, PSD or TIFF files.
• No images from Word Processors (Microsoft Word, WordPerfect), Presentation Software (Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Persuasion) or web sites were used.
• All files are labeled with the company name (i.e. ABCCorp.pdf).
• If a proof of the order is needed, a fax number is included (additional charges apply).
